We offer a variety of grooming services to suit your dog’s needs, from basic baths and nail trims to full haircuts and specialty treatments. (You can link to a page outlining all your services here)

How often should I get my dog groomed?

The frequency of grooming depends on your dog’s breed, coat type, and activity level. We can recommend a grooming schedule during your consultation or appointment. We do recommend 4-6 weeks for grooming and 2-4 weeks on baths.

What if my dog has special needs?

Yes. We have experience working with dogs with all sorts of needs, from senior dogs to puppies to those with anxiety or skin conditions. We offer consultations to discuss your dog’s specific needs and create a customized grooming plan.

About Your Dog's Comfort

Will my dog be stressed during the grooming process?

We take steps to minimize stress for all dogs. Our salon has a calm and quiet atmosphere, and our groomers are trained in fear-free handling techniques. For nervous dogs, we may recommend a pre-grooming consultation or sedation (administered by a veterinarian).

Can I stay with my dog during the appointment?

No. Due to space limitations and to minimize distractions for other dogs, insurance reasons, we generally do not allow clients to stay with their dogs during the grooming appointment.

New Puppy Owners

When should I start getting my puppy groomed?

It’s a good idea to introduce your puppy to the grooming process early on, even if it’s just a bath and nail trim. This will help them get used to being handled and make future grooming experiences more positive. We recommend 4 months & up.

Retail Space: Where are you located?

We are located at: 357 Wantagh Ave, Levittown, NY 11756

What vaccinations are required?

While we encourage you to have your pup fully up to date with vaccinations, we only require Rabies to be eligible for service. The only exception to this rule is if your pup is under 4 months old, or you have a signed letter from your vet that clearly states that it is not medically advisable to give the rabies vaccine to your pet. By law, all dogs, cats and ferrets 4 months or older must be vaccinated against rabies. This is why all groomers need to ask for this paperwork, even if we only see 1 dog at a time.

How do I request an appointment?

All inquiries are done over the phone or in person. Call 516-804-5399

What is your policy on aggressive dogs?

The safety of our staff and other pets is our top priority. We recommend a consultation to assess your dog’s temperament beforehand. For dogs with severe aggression, there is a special handling fee that depends on the level or difficulty.

Can you recommend a good veterinarian in the area?

Yes. We’d be happy to recommend some reputable veterinarians in the area. However, it’s always best to choose a veterinarian that suits your specific needs and preferences.
